So, Julia has concluded that Barnabas is, as he said on Monday, her only friend now, and she's gearing up to pursue him. I had never before noticed the timing of that particular bit of business, and I like it. Meanwhile Barnabas is trying to pry Vicky away from Burke. If Julia does succeed in making Barnabas human again, does he really think he can just pay her for her services and walk away from his accomplice in a murder? "And of course, Doctor, I'll be sure to mention your name to any other discontented monsters that I happen to come across."
I wonder if Burke and Vicky were asking themselves: "If Miss Hoffman cared so much about Dr. Woodard, why has she been spending all her time down at the Old House?"
They're making a lot of fuss about Burke's upcoming trip. He has made other trips and it hasn't been such a big deal. Perhaps this one is supposed to be longer than the other ones, but I can't remember anyone ever saying that.
