I don't have all the details yet, but HBO has a new, prime time supernatural soap in production.
The daytime shows may be dying, but primetime soaps still seem to draw a crowd.

Brooke Kerr (Whitney on the soon to end Passions) has been cast in the New Orleans based show.

I've read all the Southern Vampire series of novels by Charlaine Harris that this is based on, and they are really good! Since she is working on this also, I can't wait to see it. We aren't allowed to have cable, as I've ranted before, but will have to find a pal to tape it for me. Should be good spooky fun!
