My Dear Terrayne!
In the early 90s, I ran into Terrayne at the hotel bar during a fest. We had met earlier that day on the autograph line.
We sat at the bar, drinking and talking.
We had both just moved back to NYC. She was looking for a job, I knew someone who had a job to offer.
I made introductions, she got the job, and we are still friends.
Terrayne introduced me to Reiki, an ancient Tibetan healing technique she had studied.
I studied Reki with her teacher and am now a Certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.
I last saw Terrayne on Halloween 2002, when we saw the original King Kong at Loews Jersey, a classic movie palace in Jersey City NJ.
Soon after, we both left NYC.
We still email.
She's a warm, wonderful woman, and I'm so glad I've gotten to know her.
