Let's see...
Cry: The scene in Desmond's cell when he and Leticia exchange marriage vows about an hour before he is to be beheaded (1840 storyline), what you said about when Sarah died in Barnabas' arms. When Barn caned Willie.

scream: When Peter Bradford told us that Vicki had been pushed off Widow's hill by Jeb

Yell: The same scene!

Laugh: Some of the one liners especially during the 1897 storyline. When Quentin tells Trask "You make my life miserable just by existing!" When Quentin and Evan Hanley call up the devil and get Trask! When Judith gloats over her brothers when she got the inheritance in grandmama's will and told them to come downstairs so she could read them their obituaries!

Cuss at the writers: That same scene about Vicki. When Barn murdered poor Carl. When Quentin fell for that powder puff Amanda Harris.
Oh there are others. I'm just trying to think of the worst ones.

Ooh, this is a great idea! Here goes:
Cry: Sarah's death, Naomi's suicide, the ghost of Jenny singing to baby Lenore, Desmond and Leticia in his cell, Beth's death falling from Widows' Hill, Barnabas and Joshua's farewell.

Scream: I'm with you Alondra.....learning Vicki had been killed at the hands of Jeb instead of living happily ever after was STUPID!!! I mean were we really expect to believe that all the trouble Barnabas went through to go back in time and save her from dying was all for nothing in the long run?

Yell: Barnabas revealing Angelique was the only woman he ever loved!!! Again.....STUPID!!! After all the pain and suffering she put him through he decides she was his one true love.....YEAH RIGHT!!!!

Laugh: Quentin's one-liners in early 1897, Judith dragging Edward out of bed in the middle of the night to tell him she's moving into Grandmamama Edith's old room,  1795 Trask being tormented by Barnabas' ring-wearing hand while a bewildered Nathan (who sees and hears nothing) looks at Trask like he's crazy.
Cuss the writers:  i.e. Scream and Yell

Just a few off the top of me head:
Cheer: The killing of the Rev. Trasks, 1795 and 1897!

Cry:  The death of Sarah, in Barnabas' arms; Also Naomi dying in her son's arms; the idea that the PT Barnabas Collins was dead in 1840PT [mostly from joy because he lived his life as he wanted unlike the RT Barnabas Collins]

Scream: Nathan's manipulation of everyone especially Millicent, Daniel and Naomi; the killing of Dr. Woodard, how PT Quentin treated his wife, Maggie

Mesmerized: 1897 grandmama recognizing Barnabas as THE SECRET!  Joshua finding out the truth about Barnabas' curse

Angry:  The killing of Dr. Woodard and Carl Collins.

Laugh: Lots of funny parts throughout the series, some have already mentioned.  I still laugh at "I don't understand" statements when others say it after Vicki is gone.
During the Adam storyline
after Nicholas removed Angelique's powers he told her if she could get Barnabas to forgive her he'd give her powers back (I think it was like that) and she went to him as that old hag and he flat refused. That's the real Barnabas and of course we're all thinking of course he's not gonna forgive you after all you did! Then in 1840 he does. That's just ridiculous.
Oh! I LOVED it when
Judith woke Edward to tell him she was moving to Grandmama's room, he's like who cares? You got me out of bed to tell me THAT? It was hysterical. And I loved it when Barnabas' hand tormented Trask, too funny!
I just know there are many many scenes like this. One reason why I love DS so much is that it can really bring out the whole range of emotions in us. This was a good topic.

I have a few:

Laugh: The scene with RD and JF in 1897 that contains my favorite blooper "Oh, that's great, but what am I gonna tell them?" etc etc

Scream & Yell: For introducing the phrase "I don't understand" into the mainstream.

Scream & yell:
not properly resolving 1840 & ending in 1841 PT

Laugh:
blooper line:
"my incestors are buried here"
plus poor Bathia Mapes being cued by a stagehand in 1795.
also, those puppet bats!

another great laugh:
the show's all time campiest line, stunningly delivered by Marie Wallace:
"I saw you walking in the garden, and you were wearing MY GREEN DRESS!!!!"

cry:
all the 1795 deaths, plus the Barnabas/Joshua farewell scene.
Cry - The 1795 deaths.
Cheer- When Kitty/Josette tries to strangle Angelique.
Laugh - Roger's witty lines, the 1897 reading of the will and Carl introduing himself to Barnabas.
Curse at the writers - Barnabas telling Angelique he loved her.  Distant but still painful second would be learning of Victoria's pointless death in the Leviathan plot.
I cheered
1) Pretty much every time I thought Angelique had possibly died. Her laugh really makes me want to throw things at the tv.
2) when anyone named Trask got what was coming to him
3) when Garth Blackwood awoke Petofi from his trance and proceeded to slap him around the room

I laughed
1) During the countless funny drunken remarks Quentin made.
2) At crazy Jenny and Dirk's brief crazy period in 1897, and crazy Carolyn

I cried when I realized 1840 didn't make a whole hell of a lot of sense and that they never had any intention of clearing that up.
