God, is he ONLY 85??!!  He looks, and HAS looked, over 100 for the past 20 odd years!   >:D  Hard to believe that he's only 4 years older than Jonathan.  That said, I must say Jon looks MIGHTY good for a dude his age.  ;)

Happy Birthday Abe.

Also Happy Belated Birthday to Addison Powell (Dr. Eric Lang) who had his 85th birthday on the 23rd & Geoffrey Scott (Sky Rumson) who had a birthday on the 22nd.

Abe Vigoda has been at several fests, I think 97 and 99. I remember he got up and left the autograph table about 2-3 people in front of me and didn't return. As Homer would say, "DOOOHHHHHH!!!!! Abe was pretty aware of DS fandom as he was in the middle of it.

Something must be wrong with my computer at home - which is really an understatement since it's crashed twice in the last 6 months and has been acting weird ever since I added some security software. Sometimes I think you can actually play it too safe.  Kind of like that poor little kid with all the snow gear in Christmas Story.

Back to Abe - it would be so great if he would happen to make it to the fest this year!  I wonder when we'll get the list of this year's attendees? Or have I managed to miss that too?
