Well, you can thank the Mysterious Artist for all the Tarots in the "weekend" 1897 and Leviathans montages. I have it on good authority that he/she continues to check in from time to time and will most likely see any compliments.  :)

As for the daily montages and the Robservations caps, I had planned to start up with them again on Monday. But things have cropped up with new registrations, SMF 1.0 Final was recently released, and I've been trying to switch ISPs (don't ask!!  [madan]), and all of that has been consuming most of my time. (I also have an idea for a new board that I think will be fun. It was supposed to debut on Monday. But hopefully it'll show up before the end of the week...)

I just had to drop by and say that the current montage is just stunning! Fantastic... [clap]

I love the emotive captures of the 1897 characters, surrounding the striking tarot card of the prudent yet vulnerable Minerva Trask (interesting use of positive and negative space...I swear, for whatever reason I couldn't stop looking at it just now). Kudos to the artist and kudos to MB for the montage. Great job all!   :-*

Agreed. This is my favorite DS tarot card in this series of cards. I find myself staring at it too.

I find myself analizing the montages at times, usually the first time I see a changed one. It's almost like a game. I look for significant patterns. Who is opposite who, sometimes they face each other or are looking away. All laughing or all looking dour, etc. There always seems to be some kind of theme to it (other than the time period, which would be all too obvious of course). And there are the times when there may be five images across and I look to see how the middle photo ties in to it.

Okay, so I am easily entertained. ;D  Anyway, it's a fun 30 seconds of play. Thanks, MB.
