Set-up:
CS: "Heavens no, mother!  You don't know where that afghan's been!"
ECS: "Yes, I do! ____________________!"

CS: "Heavens no, mother!  You don't know where that afghan's been!"
ECS: "Yes, I do! I think Maggie told Vickie who told Roger who told me, and now you!"

CS: "Heavens no, mother!  You don't know where that afghan's been!"
ECS: "Yes, I do!  It's been to Bangor for the day on business, but it's home now and it wants to relax!"

It's been to paradise but it's never been to me.

ECS: "Yes, I do!   It's been everyplace, at every point in history!"
