King Johnny

Paul Michaels cracked me up as King Johnny.I don't know why..he looks devilish enough..Maybe it's just how he looks for the cue cards...but I can't keep a straight face when he's on 

Wasn't King Johnny supposed to have **liked** Magda at one time (and Jenny too?). . whu.. she didn't put out so now you want her dead?? I don't think his anger is entirely about Petofi's *hand* . .

I'm not sure if he wanted magda,jenny or julianka..but I'd wager he'd take any of them 

I don't know every time he refered to himself as King Johnny I cracked up.  It is a good thing I didn't have a drink and have to take as slug every time he said it.  I would be passed out on the floor by now.

I really liked the character of King Johnny.  He's refreshingly different and real interesting. Love the interaction between him and Magda!

     I'm going to miss King Johnny   I always thought of the movie "Golden Earring" with Ray Miland when King Johnny was around.  He would have been a great character to have around for awhile longer.

Funny, I always thought of Golden Earring too.  He seemed to have a certain radar love for Magda, Jenny, Julainka, Aristeedy, Q-man and the Count, and was certainly living in the Twilight Zone.  But the nude pic on the album cover has got to GO!

I too thought King Johnny was a fun character.  He seemed to get a lot more screen time and lines than most guests on DS.  It would have been fun to see more of him.  However, when I listened to him talk, I thought his voice pattern reminds me of someone, and then it dawned on me TRASK.  The way he goes on in his self richeous (sp? can't spell today) way and how he spoke reminded me of TRASK.  Of course TRASK grammar was much better!

I thought this too when he was on. The way he speaks reminds me a lot of Jerry Lacy as one of the Trasks.

I wished him and Roxanne Drew's Brother had gotten to have longer roles on the show..I liked them Both..Gee..could you imagine King Johnny chasing Angelique around with a sword in his hand?.

[spoiler]Well, Magda claimed that King Johnny always liked her but she was after all trying to fool Barnabas into thinking that getting the hand had been as easy as pie. Johnny certainly didn't have any good will for her when he arrived at the Old House looking for the hand she stole from him![/spoiler]
