The Warner home video chat ended a few hours ago and I'm delighted to say it went perfectly, from my perspective.
4 different people inquired about NODS/HODS, including the very last question. All questions were intelligent, enthusiastic and nicely put.
The Warner folks' response was strange at first, claiming they were totally unaware of recovered footage, but they improved as it went along and it felt like the message was clearly delivered. Warner does indeed know about the recovered footage, in fact one of the chat participants was the person dealing with DCP and myself a year or so back when we started this whole thing.
A fresh pitch was mailed to them this week, by DCP and myself so hopefully with the memories of the chat, the timing will be perfect this time.
Of course I'll let you know.
A big hand and much thanks to all that joined the chat, even if you weren't able to get a question in. The chat was a bit clogged and some people didn't get to ask questions, I'm sure.
