Jeb tries to convince Maggie that Davenport's not dead, for some reason.   I guess he just really let himself go....   I'm afraid, Jeb, that Sheriff Davenport is on his way to join the choir invisible (eventually).  Bereft of live, he... never mind.

I think Chris Jennings should wear funny t-shirts when he knows he's going to lycanthropize that night, like... I'm with Bloody!   Weird final moment.... exotic flower on left side of screen, hairy hand reaching for it from right side.

Maggie apparently had time to fix her hair after the fade out from yesterday! HEE HA!
JF looks like he has gotten a fresh hair cut which is always nice.  I like his hair tight and neat.

Aww Julia’s love for B is so evident.  Grayson plays her underlying emotions quite well.  Christopher P seems to be reading the promoter quite often today.  The green lighting is very scary and very effective.
Don's sideburns are getting longer and he looks cute as usual.
I have never cared much for Lisa Richards but I am sure she is quite nice.  I love the flower storyline  as I think it's quite interesting.

I am glad to see Maggie used her wits this time.  Thankfully for once she isn't a helpless ingenue!  YAY!  Maggie is a new ally.  So now we have Barnabas, Julia, and Maggie against the world!   Was the flower mechanical??

I must commend Julia on her intestinal fortitude.  She refrained from throwing up when Barnabas said, with a sickeningly sappy smile on his face, "We have a new ally, and we must protect her!"  What makes him so sure that Maggie isn't lying in order to get evidence so she can betray him to Jeb?  It seems likely that she was telling the truth, because Jeb, as usual, ignored The Book and had her open the box without giving her a Leviathan dream first, but as far as I can tell, she told Jeb the truth as she knew it when he asked her about Barnabas.  We have no proof either way as to whether she's Barnabas's girl or Jeb's.

Sabrina's moon poppy story was puzzling.  A journal - apparently a reputable one - published an article on lycanthropy.  The man who had written the article (I think he wrote it, unless I lost track of what Sabrina was saying) had exactly one moon poppy, and he mailed it to Sabrina.  (The journal was published in England, but I can't remember if Sabrina stated where the moon poppy was sent from.)  I think Sabrina must have told the moon poppy provider that it was for a werewolf, or why would he have been willing to send her this one-of-a-kind plant?  But if he believes that Sabrina knows a werewolf, why didn't he bring the moon poppy personally?  He's been studying werewolves; surely he would like to see one in the flesh.  The only reason I can imagine is that he's already seen a few, so they're nothing new to him.  In that case, why didn't he use the moon poppy on them?  I guess an answer could be that he did, and it blooms periodically, and Sabrina has instructions to send it back to him when she's finished with it - but I'm still having trouble with the whole story.

There's boredom, and there's excruciating boredom.  This was the latter thanks to overacting by KLS, the introduction of a side story that called for Chris to take an absurdly dangerous gamble (even for him), and while I realize that at this point the writers were beyond caring, I was annoyed by these silly mistakes--

Barnabas:  "[Maggie's] overnight bag-- have you ever seen it before?"
Julia:  "No, I don't think so."
Oh please.  That little blue suitcase gets passed around Collinwood almost as much as sedatives.  Take the episode earlier in the Chris-as-werewolf storyline where Julia handles its contents and tells Carolyn that it's proof that Amy didn't run off on her own.

Sabrina:  "I look different, don't I, Chris? Older. I was afraid you wouldn't want to see me. You never came to me."
Actually, he did, and she got so worked up about it that she collapsed.  I think it was only the one time, but he saw her with the white hair and while she was at her worst, so I don't even see a reason to be apologetic now that she has cleaned up so nicely.

So now we have Barnabas, Julia, and Maggie against the world!

You forgot Quentin?!!

I'm guessing they used stop-motion.

I think the entire journal was the author's work on Lycanthropy.  Maybe one can assume that the flower arrived from England since the source material was Werewolf of London, but who knows?  Anyway, it does seem very odd that the author would ship his sole specimen to Sabrina, especially when he's not aware if another plant exists  But perhaps even odder, how was the blooming timed to take place exactly on the full moon?  Unlike WoL, this was not made clear-- Sabrina only said that the flower blooms while the moon is shining; it was not called the full moon poppy.
