[It's up to the first poster to come up with a set up, and then each following post will either complete it or fill in the blank(s). And, as always, whoever posts the set up is certainly allowed to post their own completion/fill in as a follow up.]

Set-up:
BC: "Yes Mr. Stoddard, this is how you must pay what you owe to the Leviathan People!   You must call ________ and _________!"
PS: "This is so embarrassing!   Can't you just do it yourself?"

...the bloodbank and request three gallons of their freshest A-positive blood.

BC: "Yes Mr. Stoddard, this is how you must pay what you owe to the Leviathan People! You must call the Lowell Apothecary and ask them to deliver ten dozen boxes of Trojan Magnum condoms!"
PS: "This is so embarrassing! Can't you just do it yourself?"
