Oh jeez - don't even mention the word tickets.  I managed to get my hands on Aerosmith tickets for my daughter for Sept 7 at Tweeter in Camden, NJ.
PIT tickets - right in front of the damned stage.

If I told you what I'm paying for them, you'd probably have me dragged off to Wyndcliff within 24 hrs.

Signed,

:oOK, Ok, ya got me there! :o
[I was much, much, much too young ;)]

BUT I did see the Monkees! almost 35 years ago to the day [July12th 1967 ~ I'll never forget that day!]  And the opening act was...........The Jimi Hendrix Experience! [jawdrp][no joke!]

:'(But I would trade every ticket stub in my collection [and I have every one from '67 thru last week!] for a stub to the Fab-est show that ever was!!

a very jealous,

Well jeez -- I wasn't exactly in college.  Was only about 12-13 years old.

Whoa!   Now THAT'S an interesting ticket.  (I think I would have left after the first act).  LOL

Hell, if I still had a stub I'd send it to ya.  All that stuff got thrown out/lost years ago (including all my Beatle cards and 16 magazines).
Was never one to keep ticket stubs.  Ya know what I DID see in a box around here not long ago??  Cheap Trick ticket stubs from late 70's-early 80's.  LOL
Also, a button from John and Yoko's Wedding Album -- the nude picture.   Oh lord....  ::)

My husband still has his uncollected tickets to Woodstock! (The REAL one)

People sometimes question the validity of his claim but his response is "I was there and I had the time of my life, and I can prove it: I don't remember a damned thing!!"  ;D

I heard this on the news this morning :o!!!!  Thought about it all day long.  Just want you to know Ringo that due to your post I made the big leap and went online and bought the tickets! I kept thinking of how much I wanted to see the Beatles when they were at our State Fair back in 1964 and couldn't.  Well, I didn't make it then but I will crawl to this if need be!

My credit card may be smoking [smokn] for some time to come but WHO CARES!

Paul McCartney ~ probably the only one of my never ending passions that is actually older than DS!  :-*

Hmm, Paul is in Chicago Sept 24th and Bruce is in Chicago Sept. 25th.  It looks like Paul has a few days off before his next show so wonder if he may take in Bruce's show??
I've seen Bruce have guest a few times here and there. Elvis Costello in New Jersey, Bonnie Raitt in Washington DC, Peter Wolf in Boston. I may have to make a special trip to Chicago.

I've seen The Boss a few times in concert and loved it.  The first concert I ever attended was by the group YES.
I would have loved to have seen Peter Wolf.

Hey Ringo! October is our "patio weather" [beer] month here in AZ, so make a little more room on that magic plastic for a visit!

I am jumping for joy !!!!!!

Paul is coming to the Seattle area on the 19th of October, a week before our wedding anniversary!  I AM GOING!!!  IT'S MY ANNIVERSARY PRESENT!!  I CAN'T WAIT!

I saw the Beatles in 1966 when they made their second tour to Seattle !!  I won't ever forget that!

I've been on cloud nine all day today!  My husband and I heard it on the local news this morning!  I can hardly think straight.  This will be my husbands first time seeing Paul.  He didn't get to see the Beatles.  He too, is a big Beatles fan.

Ringo, maybe you will get to Tacoma too.   :)
