Nicholas, that is. He is the greatest - pure evil and loving it. Has anyone else read the classic C.S. Lewis "Screwtape Letters"? Nicholas turning on his partner from hell, is very reminiscient of the book, which is from the perspective of a senior demon writing to his protege demon.

I admit that I thought Humbert was a little hammy last time I watched, but he is striking me as perfection now.

An interesting observation, Kuanyin.  I have read "The Screwtape Letters", too.  As I recall the head demon there was not nearly as suave as Mr. Blair, but he might have been a tad more subtle with his evil.  Great book, BTW.  I have always enjoyed C.S. Lewis.

See, I also thought HAA was a big evil-glazed ham when he started, but I think he settled into it pretty well and found the character's voice pretty quickly.

Nicholas Blair Vs Angelique - gotta love them

I've been watching him closely these last few episodes and I"m really beginning to like his charactor.  I never really paid much attention to him during the original run of the series in the 60's.  Im catching him in a whole new light now.

I hope he's going to be around for awhile.  I like his parts with Angelique.  I like seeing her expressions when he is threatening her.  Love those eyes of hers!
