[It's up to the first poster to come up with a set up, and then each following post will either complete it or fill in the blank(s). And, as always, whoever posts the set up is certainly allowed to post their own completion/fill in as a follow up.]

Set-up:
GT: "Amanda, your left upper arm has now been SAVED merely through my spritually healing touch!   Allow me to save the rest of you over and over later tonight with the aid of a very spiritual lubricant invented by some particularly lonely monks!"
AH: "What can I say Mr. Trask, except ___________!!"
