[It's up to the first poster to come up with a set up, and then each following post will either complete it or fill in the blank(s). And, as always, whoever posts the set up is certainly allowed to post their own completion/fill in as a follow up.]

Jeff: Vicky, I've decided that instead of a wedding ring you should have a tattoo on your arm, and I think the tattoo should be "See all, Comprehend nothing"!    It represents my faith in you, not to notice when I cheat.

Vicky: I don't understand!

"the Taco Bell dog."
Vicky: "I love it!"

"my hair, on a heart, with the words: 'Willing to Settle' going across."
Vicky: "That WOULD work nicely with the 'Burke 4 Ever' heart on my other arm!"

"two unicorns getting it on"
Vicky: "Oh Jeff, you remembered my dream!"
