Hi,
Glad I found the new site. I have a question for anyone who might have an answer. I thought that Barnabas and Willie put Jason in the coffin in the secret room at the Collins Mausoleum after Barnabas killed him. Recently, David got into the coffin, but Jason's body was not there?? What happen to him, did I miss that part? Thanks.

Hi, Julie! Willie buried Jason under the floor of the secret room.

Later in the series, the woods become the secret burial ground of choice. That's why the trees stayed so green year round.  

That's because Barnabas realized the impracticality of digging up the secret room's stone floor whenever he needed to bury someone.

How true!  After awhile, there were so many bodies there that they started hitting old ones while trying to plant new ones.  Barnabas had Willie put up a sign that said "Call Before You Dig" with the Old House's phone number on it.
