Yes, one of the biggest myths about copyright is that if no one is profiting from the work being offered without the creator/owner's permission, it's fair game.  "Harm" is in the eyes of the copyright holder.  There are quite a few DS item You Tube that violate MPI's copyright as the material IS for sale on DVDs.  There are numerous videos of Jonathan Frid that are not for sale anywhere (at least not now) but violate his copyright. The video being shown doesn't put money into his AFTRA pension as an authorized viewing might.  But two people who put up Frid videos did ask permission first.

The creator of a work has the exclusive right, by law, to make copies or dispose of copies of their own work.  Whether those copies are being sold for profit or not, and whether the copyright holder is still making money off of the original work or not, have absolutely nothing to do with it.

i watched a few and didn't think most of the music
went with DS but they were fun to watch
