Need help with editing my account....

Somehow I lost my Barnabas photo....I'd figure I'd edit it and put it back on, I have tried 10 times, but all it has done is put me back to square one....I wind up having to fill in all the boxes in the edit profile again and again and AGAIN.....each and every time the boxes are empty again and I don't get anywhere. Can anyone explain what I should do? I would appreciate it very much.

In order to add an avatar to an account, members need to either select 1) an avatar from the ones provided in the window opposite "Personalized Picture:", 2) type the URL for where the avatar is stored on the Internet in the box opposite "I have my own pic:", or 3) browse to the path of an avatar on their hard drives to upload it by using the box opposite "I will upload my own picture:". Then scroll down and click on the "Change profile" button.
