An Idea to Honor Beloved Big Lou
« on: September 18, 2006, 01:23:28 AM »
Louis Edmonds' house, the Rookery, is now being used as a Parish House by the church across the street, who inherited the house from Louis.

Louis lived there for 40 yars and LOVED the house.
I believe his ashes were spread there.

I'd like to approach the church about putting up a memorial plaque to Louis.

If they OK it, would anyone be willing to donate to the cost of this?

Maybe you should contact Jim Pierson & Ann Wilson at the Festival to start things moving- a permanent memorial to this great actor would be a sweet tribute.

As LE donated the property, the Church should be the one to put up the plaque.

However it might come about, I'd be willing to contribute.
