The Robservations doesn't directly reference the quote but it does reference it's circumstances... However, the AOL Update for Ep #331 -

At the Old House, Barnabas stares out the window. Roger knocks at the front door and asks to speak with Barnabas. He tells him about David's hallucination of an attacking bat. The boy obviously needs a psychiatrist, says his father. Barnabas puts on his kind and concerned act.
