I think the portrait of Maggie Collins is the best of them. It's the one portrait that looks like it's subject. IMHO...

Mine was great until about an hour or so ago. Our town's tornado siren went off and we spent the past hour in our basement listening to weather reports. A tornado touched ground not far from us and we have severe flood warnings up right now. Needless to say, I think this put a damper on all our festival celebrations!

I went to see WUD with my best friend's mom when it came out. She howled from beinging to end. It's a very special heart-warming memory for me, so glad you posted this, John.

During my last trip to Mexico (Puerto Vallarta, where NOTI was filmed) there was a street vender selling coconut drinks in the shell. I believe tequilla is the favored additive these days. I didn't stop to imbibe (lol) but I was told that there are several "enhancements" to choose from. There was quite a line of natives stoping to partake (it was HOT!!!). It was funny to see because they do not peel off the outter coconut shell membrane (?) so everyone was holding these huge green monstrosities with these little straws sticking out of them. It was quite a site to behold. It was so "cultural", we loved it.

That would be fantastic. I remember Jerry Lacey (Lacy?) in a commercial back then. I think it was a deordorant commercial. He was immitating Bogey.
