I'd really rather wait on the clippers till after my trip to Canada, though.  My boyfriend prefers me with long hair!

You "captured" the enitre moment beautifully, Midnite! Thanks so much. It all went so quickly, and even though I watched it happen, it is great to be able to view it (practically) frame by frame, and savor the moment.

I bow to Tyne Daley for publicly recognizing her fellow thespian; our boy Willie, Mr. John Karlan. What a great moment.

I hope this series of captures makes it into the Member's Archive when it reopens. I'd like to easily revisit them from time to time.

You think we should invite our DS Forums Jersey brethren to the party? Hmm, but that means we'll have to share our cake.   

I must have missed the Quentin farewell montage. Too bad. I guess that's the only drawback of only using the "search new" feature to navigate the board. I usually only find out that there is a farewell montage when it it mentioned in a post.

PS - I agree, Quentin's ghost gave me the chills, even the fourth time around. Love watching DS late at night with all the lights out - enhances the chill factor. When I was a kid I lived in an apt. And I used to cover the windows in the TV room with blankets and towels so it would be totally dark (when I watched DS). Get busted just one time and you get ribbed about it by your family the rest of your life! LOL. Thank goodness they never caught me using those towels and blankets while doing my Supremes act!
