Going back in time. The cure for present day Barnabas's human existence and to make him scary once more.

It seems that the DS concept of time is that the past runs concurrent with the present so that changes that happen as the grave appearing seem new events, except they then decide that they can go back and change what is happening.

So Harry is still around. I guess David developed an interest in photography when he was not seen much onscreen in the last months.

I mostly found Joe to controlling towards Carolyn and Maggie. I suppose partly due to the times. It's a little hard to believe that after all his exposure to the supernatural over the last years that he would flip over it.

I like your interpretation, Magnus.

I like that Amy has a psychic ability and much later we learn why. I still wonder why bring Maggie on and then decide to send the children away. I suppose that it has to do with Elizabeth's unexpected death changing plans.

I always thought that it was Quentin's plan to have Elizabeth buried alive. I would think that they might hold onto Vickie's things in case she came back as she did before.  The music box was at the Old house just a few episodes ago when Julia tried to use it on Maggie.

Maybe Elizabeth is at the end of her dream curse explaining the reappearing Cassandra. I remember originally thinking it was out of nowhere as I had not seen the start.

Maggie, the new orphaned governess, leaves her past behind her.  Sad to see the cottage go.

Maggie comes to Collinwood and Collinsport and it's once great sets is pretty much left behind.

I am always amazed how Barnabas is almost always so oblivious to Julia's feeling for him and thinks only of himself.

I prefer to imagine Alexandra in the final scenes.  The beginning and ending of the story of Peter and Vickie were okay but the middle mess really was awful.

I guess Joe was like Vickie and Carolyn after Barnabas was cured and forgot he was bitten and probably just felt he made bad choices in going for Angelique in the ongoing feud with any character played by KLS. Mrs. Findlay should have been a permanent resident of Collinwood in flesh not death.

Joe is Amy's cousin again, despite an earlier episode saying Chris was her only relative.  I was wondering why Joe didn't take in Amy when Tom died, but he was pretty busy at the time.

Madame Findlay dominates this episode.
