>>What was the largest number of participants at a seance?<<

6, since that's the most Curtis would hire at a time, lol.

Good one, ProfStokes.

SPOILER...

In PT, on the 6-month anniversary of Angelique's death, there were 6 participants: Sabrina, Elizabeth, Roger, Cyrus, Bruno and Alexis.

But didn't the original seance have 8?  I'm thinking it was Sabrina, Elizabeth, Roger, Cyrus, Bruno, Carolyn, Quentin, and Angelique (?).

:(Obviously I don't know how to type these posts.  My "inards" hang out!  Bear with me, please. Afan

You're doing fine, Afan! [thumb] And please don't be embarrassed about experimenting cuz that's what this board is for, and most of us have used it at one time or another.  The Preview feature lets you see how your message will look before anybody else ever sees it, though if you go ahead and post it then you can modify it at any time, plus we're always willing to take a look and help out if you're having a problem.

To tuck in those inards (hee hee), your text needs to be between the YaBB tags, like this:
Code: [Select]
[color=pink]text[/color]
and then the tags will disappear in your posted message, so it would look like this:

text

Verdana is the standard font, but Candlelighter tested some others under "Testing colors" that Cassandra started on this board.  Not all fonts show up on all browsers so not everyone will see them, but you can check it out to see which ones show up for you.

I saw the article in the L.A. Times on Saturday but didn't realize it was an edited version.  There was no mention of Frid (it ended at Bela Lugosi), so if you hadn't posted about it, scout75, I wouldn't have known there was more.

For anyone interested in reading the complete article, here's the link--

But if collapsing the categories would be best for the speed and help you guys behind the scenes..... can I change my vote???
Ringo,

Please feel free to consider that choice in terms of whether the speed of loading it on your computer is or isn't a top priority for you.  And thanks for voting!

I didn't mean to knock school ....I meant it in the content that the summer is going way too fast.  The kids didn't get out here til the 20th of June.  Seems like they no sooner got out, it's time for them to go back.

That was my fault, Donna... I'm the one that inferred I want my weekday "mommy time" back.  But as Connie reminded me (gee, thanks! ;)), the tradeoff is that it won't be long before I'm back in what I call *homework hell*.

Ya know, that's sort of a funny picture when ya think about it.   :D
What made you think of THAT grab?

When I saw that scene the first time as an adult, I remember writing an awful rhyming thing (I wouldn't dare call it a poem) about it.  It just begs to be lampooned, you know?

Anyway, I think your last storyboard is really funny.  Thanks for the compliment, but I learned from my one attempt that it's not as easy as it looks.  It really is a unique talent, so please don't stop!

Plus it would be fun if they had accessories.

<snip>

Trask- hmmm....I don't know what he'd have

Oh, if only these dolls could've been available when we were kids.  Wouldn't it have been fun to put on our Barnabas ring and menace the Rev. Trask doll with our "giant" hand? :D

CYRUS:  It... it must be a mistake! Can you imagine...?
QUENTIN:  Uhhh, well, actually........

I wish!

I'd choose early 1897 with Judith, Edward, Quentin, Beth, Carl, Magda, Barnabas, and either Pansy or Jenny-- I can't decide.

The Quentin doll should easily go from 3-piece suit to shredded shirt, dirty pants, and bare feet.  :D

My apologies to the students on the boards, but the moms will understand.  Hope you have a nice weekend too, Donna!

Yes, unfortunately for them - because as we know, a Goddess can never find a decent pair of shoes. [wink2]

I feel like such a failure. :-[

Okay, MB, I know you're quoting a line I should recognize, but it didn't ring a bell, and you wouldn't believe how many scripts and websites and books I checked for quotes by Cordy and Glory in particular.  But with no luck. :(

And I can't imagine what other shows we both enjoy besides Buffy or Angel that this quote could be from, or who else would comment on a goddess and her shoes ('cept Jennifer and me, of course).  Somebody... HELP???!!!

Shamefully yours,  M. :'(

don't you think someone should have told Adam to have those scars fixed before he met his mate!  :o

And yet we never see a single scar on Eve... so either Dr. Lang was a really sloppy surgeon, or sometime between hematology and psych Julia managed to squeeze in a plastic surgery residency.
