Newer versions of Firefox turn the glow feature into a background color, so a text color that's the same as (or very close to) the glow color may display in Firefox as a solid colored box that must be highlighted to be read.  It all looks perfectly fine in Explorer, but because we have so many Firefox users, it's probably not a good idea to match the glow color to the text color.
