And you might recall that logging in to the Forums counts as a submission.  So if you attempt to post within 2 minutes of accessing your account, you will get the error.  And then another full 2 minutes must pass (from the time you received the error) in order to resubmit the post.

True, several of the already existing responses do include separate dialogue - but they were made while those topics were a part of the Caption This! game and so the dialogue was partly acceptable. From this point on, PLEASE DO NOT ADD SEPARATE DIALOGUE IN ANY RESPONSES. Dialogue is only part of the Caption This! game. In this game, simply complete the phrase or fill in the blank(s).

I don't see it as a lie.  The remark "a most dangerous game... a game that will eventually end with someone's death" presumably refers to Julia's demise, which surely would have occurred in #363 had a "very, very angry" Sarah not shown up to distract Barnabas while he was close to choking the doctor into unconsciousness.  Before this, Sarah wouldn't commit either way when Julia asked for her protection, yet the latter continued to behave with reckless abandon and foolishly taunted Barnabas about his sister.  (She obviously learned nothing from Woodard when he brought up her name to Barnabas.)
