I did'nt care too much for the character Dirk Wilkins.
In my family, he's usually referred to as Dirk the Jerk.
You have a very DS-informed family... good for you!
Dirk confronting Judith about their "change of relationship" was fun.
Bradford was good but a bit too true-blue for me.
Tate I like, especially at age 100 or so. Tate wasn't just belligerent with nothing further to his personality. Ned was just some unimaginative jerk in a sports coat. Tate got worked up over more interesting problems, and had to deal with more interesting situations, that he had to try to wrap his head around. He had legitimate things to get testy or stressed by, not that Ned didn't, but Tate's dilemmas and his reactions were more involving, to me. Maybe I just like that he's an artist.
RD is at his best when he gets to go crazy.... later Dirk, centegenarian Tate.
