From comments From comments made KLS and Roger Davis during the fest July in Burbank I am guessing the 2011 fest will be back here in the New York tri-state area any buzz going around about the exact location. I agree that the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott has the most going for it. The Free Parking in Tarrytown is nice but the Newark hotel was just too isolated. Maybe something now Like Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun in Connecticut or about 100 Miles to the south in Atlantic City. One  has not been in Manhattan since I have been going that might be nice too.

In the new TV adds for the new Jessie Eisenberg movie the Social Network witch is about the launch of Facebook. I think David is playing a Lawyer. David's line in the TV add is "Your best friend is suing you for six million dollars".

Across the street from the hotel they have (at least back in 2008) McDonalds, Subway, Del Taco and Panda Express so they have much more walkable food options then the Newark Airport Hotel. If You Have a Car they have Carl's Jr's a few miles away.

Jet Blue has DirecTV and XM Radio. I can listen to the Mets @ San Francisco Giants for the last few hours of my flight from JFK to Burbank on the 15th.

CBS Co owns the CW. CBS is launching a remake of Hawaii Five-0 this fall with mooolight star Alex O'Loughlin. CW and CBS  may be running Moonlight in part to promote O'Loughlin and and the fall launch Hawaii Five-0.

Jet Blue flies nonstop from JFK to Burbank too. I am scheduled for Jet Blue flight 353 nonstop July 16th leaving JFK at 7:55 a.m. EDT
and arriving in Burbank 10:48 a.m. PDT.

They have a Dark Shows story on the soaps page in the new TV Guide. I'm not sure if they have facts staight. They make it sound like Jonathan Frid has been takeing part in the Big Finish Audio Dramas witch I as fas as i know is not true and that Jim Pierson readying the 1,225 Dark Shadows episodes for DVD which was already done years ago. It also says about the half hour of lost footage will be on Night of Dark Shadows DVD. I'm assuming it means the restoration not bonus features deleted scenes. Jim Pierson also told TV that all involved with the movie wan Frid to have a cameo. (I think he would make a great Eagle Hill caretaker warning Willie to leave the dead alone)

My plane gets into BurbankAirport at 10:48 a.m the I have to go to baggage clain I  will get my suitcase near last as usual making it between 11:20 and 11:45. I signed up for Hertz Club Gold at the AAA rate wittch is 50% off so i should get the car without having to wait in line ver long at all. Is there any quick and cheap parking near the Vista Theatre I will have my own GPS even if the rent a car does not have one it should not be hard to find it i program the adress of the Vista Theatre in in advance.  If i use the shuttle as i am leaning when does the last bus/shuttle leave the Burbank Airport Marriott?

I am watching the episode "Anatomy of a Bribe" on my Hawaii Five-0 Season Eight DVD that came out last week and to my suprise I see none other then Willie helping Steve McGarrett and Five-0. As a big Five-0 fan I will have to ask John about this experince this summer in Burbank and what it was like to go to Hawaii and work with Jack Lord. Lord was very demanding about the work ethic of his guest stars from what i have read.
