Us DS fans in the New York Area who can not afford to fly west for a one day event should coordinate and organize a get together  at a theatre in NYC, New Jersey, Westcheter or Long Island to see the movie at it's first possible showing. (midnight May 11th if they have it)

Why not have the Festival "Weekend Event" in the LA area and the Movie Primere in New York? I think that would have been better for everyone. The West Cost Fans Don't have to fly to New York two yerars in a row and the East Coast fans finally get a movie event sine they allways seem to be on the west coast.

Darren Is any of the Dialogue and audio from that one remaing " 97min? 'R' rated print" useable in the restoration. Alot can be done to enhance and restore damaged audio tracks with prorams like pro tools and other computer hardware and software.

I am guessing it is the same DVDs from the Dark Shdows Collection and Dark Shows the Beginning repackaged. Otherwise why not issue this Collection on Blu-ray.
I am thinking a single Blu-ray disk would have the capacity for more episodes then a single DVD.

Mitch Ryan was on a Episode of Cannon with Kathleen Cody. I think their charters where having an affair in the episode in memory serves me rite.

I would love to go to both. Will the west coast one in "Hollywood" (Renaissance Hotel near the Kodak Theatre where the 2005 Festival was?) be a full scare 3 day Festival  and the one in the "New York area" be a shorter smaller event like 2007 in Tarrytown?

I am sure they still have the video master I think i found the episode I have on my DVD set and it in color on video tape. I am sure they did not give away Kinescope for episodes with missing video master tapes.

I actually found a good use for my kinescope  
I used  my dark shadows  kinescope  that I got as a giveaway at the Dark Shadows Festival banquet ( I believe it was from 2006 in Brooklyn)  as  my subject in my studio photography class this week.  I  got some pretty nice shots of the film up close.


I think mine is of one of the episodes from the 1970 parallel time storyline.

Any way download it on the Sims3 Exchange.

Over the years I have tried to build Collinwood and the Old House a few times myself in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3.
I hope she Builds all of Collnsport complete with the Collinsport Inn and the Blue Whale Maybe take a vacation to Wincliff.

I am guessing LA area. Any rumors on if it will be back in Burbank or somewhere else in the LA area. Do you think it needs a change of pace after 2008 & 2010 in Burbank. I did not go the last time it was in Anaheim. That sounds like it would be a good place.  What did you think of Anaheim compared to Burbank and Hollywood?
