Wow I only have to drive 29 Mile. Mutch closer for me then Tarrytown or even Brooklyn . I don't have to leave the State of New Jersey. Who needs a Hotel I will just drive home. Last year I had to fly 3000 Miles rent a car get a hotel room. I am so close that  I can stay late and arive early. I f decide to take US1 insted of the Turnpike i don't even have to pay a toll.

Dark shadows was originally video taped with NTSC video cameras and NTSC video recorders on NTSC video tape it was limited to 525 lines. it would not look any better if it was put on Blu-ray.

I enjoyed

PLANET OF THE APES
Changing the ending screw up the entire point of the movie. The Ape Earth  was Just stupit

CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY B-
The added backstory Wonka and his Dentist father who would no let him eat chocolate is as bad as if not worse then any of the changes Mel Stwert made in the 1971 film. Burton came off as  kind of a hypocrite bitchig about the librities the 1971 film took with the book meawile making his on changes to the story.  I rather have Wanka be a badass as Wilder played him then  then the Tourcherd Soul who vas the victom of of overberring father as Depp played him. Sill an enjoable film but i enjoy the 1971 film more.

I  have never liked that Episode 289 on Collection 2  DVD is the Kinescope vershion and not the video from spanish dub merged with the english Audio from from 289 Kinescope like MPI did for the VHS vershion.
