The concept was very clever, but I agree with most of you that it got old fast. However, given the way it ended, with Prof. Stokes finally engaging Angelique, it made sense. Too bad, though, we had to sit through it again and again and again.
I am very fond of the Dream Curse and it is one of my most vivid memories of watching the show originally as a kid. I also agree that the climax was Prof Stokes
challenging Angelique after entering the realm of the Dream Curse.
That sequence was one of the most important in establishing Stokes not just as a major player, but his razor sharp wit, intelligence and even his good taste.

For those of us in the central mid Atlantic, there is a Horrorfind show in March, Hunt Valley Maryland just outside Bal'more. Mainly a "Hellraiser" films cast reunion, (and your quest for 2007 is to find a general horror show without Pinhead in attendance) but Michael J Anderson from Twin Peaks and Carnivale is a pending guest. I don't have the web addy here, but it should be easy to Google. That show does have good dealer tables.

Roger's role in the film must not be very prominent, he's not even referenced on a fan site...  http://www.williamsmith.org/surf.html
On the other hand, Susan Hart was a babe. Overall, I'm more of an AIP fan, Karloff, Vincent Price, Peter Lorre, and a certain urban witch housewife had nice drop in cameos in that series. I kind of want to see this just for comparison.

I could understand that, and I see where it came up when I tried to repost too soon after the first message--butthe message came up the first time when I had not posted in several hours--and it happened 2x. That is what I found confusing. At any rate it seems to be ok today, so I won't worry about it any more. Thanks for the explanation.
I had the same situation recently, I just logged in, was in about a minute or so, but less than two minutes, and got the "your last post was less than 120 seconds", which I also though odd. So, its not just rainingwolf who has experienced this.
