The petrified cockatoo in Hannah's far-out pad is just plain creepy.

Not too much to say about this episode. The only thing that made me happy was the shot of Quentin lying on the sofa. Hummina, hummina, hummina...

Wasn't the pants though supposed to represent Q being the one who was hanging??

You know what I noticed about those pants? The shot of Quentin's back legs walking look just like Olivier's pants in Rebecca.

Fill in the blank:

JY: Silver tray within my hands, am I not the fairest in the land? Am I not...wait a minute. Is that a smudge on the tray or a ________ on my face?!

Maybe Old Man Frid swiped the painting.

Boy, that Fred is an operator. Handy man and a lady. You've got crust, brother. Or some kind of talent.

That is one UGLY statue.

Dig it. That looks like a Mr. T sconce on the wall back there. LOL!

Angelique = diabolical.

That's it! I have a keen desire to run over to Hannah's, grab that statue, and smash it to smithereens! Damn, is that thing hideous or what??? And I'll tell ya. I have been to NYC numerous times and numerous times been in several curios shops, and never, in all my born days, have I encountered such an ugly hunk of statue.

Don't hand me a gun right now, because it's either me or that statue, and the statue isn't standing much of a chance.

Yaeger: I love life, crave adventure, yearn to see my reflection in every tray I can get my hands on...

You know, that suit, for some reason, makes me think of a big ol' family picnic - checkered tablecloths and all that. Couple gobs of potato salad, a red wine stain and some greasy chips would really make that suit work.

Maniacal is the word for Yaeger. Eek! At least he didn't ruin Buffy's hose.

How is a painting of farm country exquisite? I would say, "That's a nice painting", if I liked it. But I don't. It stinks.

David in RT Room: Barnabas got caught in here.
Got caught doing what???

I've been waiting and waiting for the scene where Stokes says, "My, God, Julia, you're in love with him!"

Sorry to see you go, Don.  I was surprised to see him back in this one.   I wish I could say "get well".

Oh, crap. I saw him and thought he was back.

I have to say too that Lara Parker was outstanding in this episode. She did a wonderful job playing duel roles, and wasn't it simply squishy when she came back as Angelique?

As for Cyrus... Cyrus, Cyrus, Cyrus.... If I had the opportunity to work at home, I would be wearing my pajamas., certainly not a three-piece suit and a doctor's lab coat over all.

So now it seems that Cyrus can't control his transformation. Uh, oh...

Lacy VO.  I like how his voice is just slightly raspy and stressed, to make him a true Trask, yet servile and unmaniacal.

Did you notice Trask's speech? He is saying "ya" instead of "you". Totally different character. Jerry Lacy is superb. He brings forth a totally different character to life. It may be only the role of a butler, but sometimes those are the best roles.

OK. So how is it that Quentin gets along so much better with Amy than he does with his own kid?

And how about Amy playing a sneaking little thief? "I found this is Uncle Will's waste basket." What in the Sam Hill are you doing snooping around a man's trash?

I enjoyed the spooky music at the end there. Nice touch.

Aren't Ang's elbows and lower arms sort of strange and awkward looking, in her portrait?   Maybe her elbows are too far down?   I guess I'm subjecting others' portraits to the same scrutiny as my attempts.

Well, her right forearm does seem somewhat extended. But if you look closely at Lara Parker, she does have seemingly long arms. I honestly can't find too much wrong with the painting, other than that stupid lamp. I think the artist, whoever he or she may be, did a real nice job.
I've heard that Ms. Parker has a portrait from the show. Don't know if this is the one, but I think it's great.
I haven't yet tackled a drawing of Ms. Parker. But it's on my list of one of the most beautiful people to put pencil to paper. Those eyes!

Guy sitting in lower left of screen during closing credits chewing....  Later someone notices, and tightens the shot and gets him the hell out of there.   What a spot to pick to take your break!

OMG! That's hilarious! What do you suppose he's eating? It's pretty chewy. Maybe a pastrami sandwich or corned beef? Priceless.

I want to know where Cyrus is getting all this money.

I wish Luciaphil were here. I am curious to know what Buffy's coat is made of. I had a hat made of the same material that I wore passionately in 1973.

Cyrus: "I don't have much opportunity for levity." Believe me. It shows, brother. And you're getting yourself in pretty deep here.

I'm thrilled that Quentin is finally seeing the light.

I was thinking more along the lines of:

...let one rip.

Afterall, look at Sabrina's expression.

1214
Complete the phrase...

Sabrina was positively mortified when Quentin ________.

John Yaeger.
