... having something to clean themselves up with, after getting squishy to the max!!

Squishy to the max, huh? Where have I heard that before?

Quentin: Come off it, Julia.  There's no way you can ever persuade me that my parallel time counterpart doesn't drink. Oh, please. Spare me.

Gawd, I'd forgotten just how indescribably fabulous Luciaphil is.  How I miss her!

I adore her idle thoughts. And whenever I'm feeling blue or crabby, I pull up some of these and laugh and laugh. I think my fave is her take on Dr. Lang. And oh, how she does go on about Barnabas' meddling in things better left alone.

Squishy to the max! (Whatever that means.  [ghost_wink])

MST3K aired a short subject on one of their shows that was from the early fifties. It had something to do with teenagers, I don't quite remember. What I do recall is that a teenage girl was on the phone with her friend talking about some boy and this chick said he made her squishy. You can take it anyway you want to, but I thought it was hilarious. So it is in my vocabulary meaning something really keen.

I don't know why a nuthouse called "Stormcrest" amused me the first go around or why it still amuses me to this day. But it does. I picture a spooky old mansion on top of some hill in Collinsport overlooking the ocean on a dark and stormy night. Quentin is creeping around a corner... BOO!

I'm glad to see you, Janet.  I was about to ask what happened to you.

Two things: Been putting in a lot of OT at work and I couldn't bring myself to watch that chick with the cones.

I probably won't be around for the Daphne/Gerard plot discussions. Not one of my faves.

The big oval light bulb lamp in the closing credits might be the one and only trace of anything "futuristic".    I'm glad we at least got that.

Wasn't that far out? If you shopped at Spencer Gift in those days, you could find all kinds of bizarre lighting fixtures. I had a few myself. But I never saw anything quite like the oval lamp. That was way cool and brought back several bizarre memories.

...feeling sick after he'd seen PT Jeff Clark...

That would do it.

How's my breath? Good? No? I'll gargle with some of this green stuff. Mint is good.
