During DS's orig. run, wasn't there some bar called Le Bat Bar where fans went (and were occassionally met by some of the actors)?

I vaguely remember something from someone's site when it was/did close how fans went to get their own memorabilia.

Did anyone from here ever go? Ever drink a hot toddy with Louis Edmond?? Sip claret cups with J. Frid?
Chug a few brewskies with  :-* Grayson?

This would encompass DS, but, in general, who decides what will be released on DVD (or previously VHS)?

For instance, MPI still hasn't finished with DS; and ?AaronSpelling? I don't *believe* has '90210' on DVD.

We've all mentioned movies that we're dismayed are not on DVD/VHS.

Does anyone know the rationale for this? Specifically, '90210'; new and DVD available.

A while back, we were tossing about names for a possible new DS.

One of the names was  ??? Jane Kratkowski...(or something like that).

I replied her for Victoria.

Is it Jane Kwatkoski, who was the blonde secretary on Ally McBeal or (I hope), the mom from Malcolm in the Middle??

Please indulge me...I'm on sick child #2 for this week (and folks, it's only Wednesday!!) Pukey baby, oyevah.

On CE&A board, Connie had quoted me. I wondered why my text went to two lines, but her quote only took up one.

Plus, I sent someone something in code...and both quotes and codes appear to be smaller.

I then clicked quote to Midnite's reply (same board), but there's nothing denoting the size.

Why does code and quote come out smaller?

I see on imdb, there's a movie with Roger Davis in it titled "Beyond the Pale" from 1999.

It seems to be Irish, it also has a pretty good review.

Has anyone seen it or heard of it?

Yesterday, home due to  :o moooooore snow, I saw on an obscure digital channel a movie called, "Zero to Sixty". It starred Denise Nickerson :-* and Darren McGavin.

(I'm glad I knew it was Denise Nickerson, the guide said a "16 year old girl..." but, it was 1978, so I believe Ms. Nickerson  :-* was closer to 19-20 yrs. old.)

I didn't really watch it, but it was fun to see her with Darren McGavin.

Has anyone seen this movie?

So, I see where my IP add. shows up, and everyone else lists 'logged'.

I put my cursor near this, and a large ? appeared, so, I clicked it. There's a message that the IP is only visible to me & mods (which I knew), but it also states that IPs frequently change...is this true? and if so, why/how do they change?

I guess...how do IPs get their numbers...?

Is there a way they could be (I think this might take up alot of space, but I'm not sure).
