David Selby's son, Jamison Selby, starred as the male lead in an independent film entitled One Take, which was filmed in 1997. One Take made the rounds of the various indie film festivals in 1998.

In November of this year, the film finally made it to DVD and VHS, with a ringing endorsement from Billy Bob Thornton on the cover. If you're interested in learning more about the film, you can visit the official site.

David has filmed a small role in a film titled Topanga Canyon. No release date is currently available. In fact, very little information is available other than that he's in the film and the film is in post-production, but there you have it. You heard it here first.
