Current Talk '04 II / Re: CD collection of entire DS music library

will we be able to download these to our cells? How/where?

It depends on what kind of phone you have, but it's a do it yourself thing. For some phones, you can buy a USB cable and accompanying software to put your own ringtones on the phone or you can use an online service such as mbuzzy.com to convert wav and mp3 files to ringtones rather than relying on the standard stuff that's made available to everyone.

Here's an article from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch about one of the "unique" locations being used for this film:

"MSD Tunnels Fill Bill for Creepy New Film"

ISTR that the show's numbered cues make it somewhere up into the 700s - obviously the ad break stingers account for a lot of that

Ah, the cell phone ringtone possibilities!  [santa_cheesy]

alot of the "jokes" aren't even specific to b...they could be "re-cycled" vampire jokes from anywhere. [8371]

Are you attributing a lack of originality to something associated with DS? I am positively stunned!  [santa_shocked]

I think they're getting worse.  And even before Xavier Trout was attorney Bradford Lumpkin.   [santa_rolleyes]

I can't say too much about that one because it doesn't differ much at all from the name of one of my brother's high school friends. Poor kid.

The new character is General Ryker. Heaven only knows what his first name is.

Sci-Fi Channel has now posted the official web site for Larva, including photos and additional info about characters. David's character's name is Fletcher Odermatt.

The URL is:
http://www.scifi.com/larva/index.html

So now I'm trying to decide which of the three is the most ridiculous: Xavier Trout, Horace Vangilder, or Fletcher Odermatt.

Hey, congrats on making Senior status!

It's about damn time.

Well, it's really hard to reach that milestone for those of us who only reply to our own posts.  [santa_cheesy]

I hear he plays a general.  [santa_wink]

DavidSelby.com is reporting that David is in St. Louis, Missouri to film a role in the forthcoming SCI FI Channel movie Black Hole starring Judd Nelson and Kristy Swanson. The site offers a brief description of the film's plot.

It's a firewall/ad blocking issue. Because you have placed the image files in a folder with a name that appears to refer to advertising (promos), some ad blocking software, such as Norton Internet Security, will block your images from displaying. When I crank up my ad block settings in NIS, I see just what folks are describing.

In order to avoid this, people are either going to have to disable any ad blocking features associated with their web browsers or you're going to have to move the clickable image files to a URL that doesn't contain words like promo, ad, banners, etc.

The easiest option, however, would probably be to make the promo titles underneath the clickable screen grabs also link to the videos.

This guy doesn't look "cheesy." He looks like he's had way too much sugar.  [santa_kiss]

Hi Cris i was just on David's website and found no promotional Photos
of about his next film.

The photos from Surviving Christmas are at the bottom of this page.

The photos from Larva are at the bottom of this page.

On both pages, a larger image will appear if you click on the thumbnail.

There are no promotional images from Shadow of Fear on the site.

did you see "Shadow of Fear" (was it in theatres near you?)

I think I already mentioned this in another thread, but I can't remember what I've posted where. Anyway, despite the fact that a July release date was publicized for the film, as far as I know, it never actually had a premiere. It was only shown at film festivals and never released in theatres. The DVD release will really be the first chance that the general public gets to see it.
