Hi Bob makes one wonder what David did steal in the kitchen. Like a huge steak
that maybe Barnabas had in the refrigerator 😂??? Oh sorry that was steak thru
his heart. Or perhaps some blood pudding as well.  Interested to know
If Barnabas went out for dinner maybe had it to go .

Hi all, just wanted to share with my dear friends , that I was just diagnosed with
Type 2 diabetes. I have to be put on a medication called Metformin twice a daily.
I had bloodwork done and this was the result. Oh well. I will beat this and eat healthy
And I joined a gym too.  Love you all
