Had no idea The Thin Man was being remade, will Burton direct this as well?

17
Happy Belated.

 [occasion13]

Curtis(RIP) was right, she does look better w/o the wig.

Episode 24...

Appears that the light bulb has finally gone off in Carolyn's brain, where Devlin's concerened.
Yes he's innocent when it comes to the accident, bu still up to no good.  Curious to see how "Bronson" figures into his plans for
the Collins family.

Note: Sorry that the previous post is wide spaced, wasn't able to go back and edit. But will type my future comments like this one.

Okay Sorry, just noticed this post and will do that in future postings.

Goof: A crew member can be briefly spotted in the mirror behind David Henesy.

Enter Constable Carter, wonder what this guy's story is.

Roger can be quite patronizing towards his sister at times.

At this point, DS is ripe for the drinking game with all the repetitive dialogue.

Wrench

car

valve

brakes

That David is a slick one, adding more of his prints to the wrench.

Then again Carter is a tad bit CLOWNish, leaving vital evidence unattended to take a phone call.

"It's alright, he's probably just impressed with the dignity of my badge."

Oh yeah, he's an idiot.

Carolyn: You were hired  to be a Governess, not a cook.

Speaking of which, Vicki hasn't cracked open not one book with David.

Nor scheduled any type of study sessions with him, for the immediate future.

Malloy is like a pitbull, bound and detirmined to find out the truth.

He definitely isn't buying Devlin's BS about no longer having a gudge against the Collins family.

Carolyn obsession with Devlin is starting to annoy me, I'm with Liz please go away.

In Vicki's case, she's doesn't want cause an innocent man to get in trouble.

Which is the case here, since it's been strongly implied that David s the real culprit.

Carolyn's beliefs are dictated by romantic feeling IMHO.

Once again, Liz got all defensive when questioned about why Vicki was sought out for the Governess job.

And who is this Bronson on his way to Bangor, Maine?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

Judging from Roger and Sam's conversation,  it appears Burke took the fall  10 yrs ago.

Constable is on the way to Collingwood, Vicki is finally tutoring David.

And the plot thickens...

23
Liz looks much younger with her hair down, for a second I thought it was Vicki coming down the stairs.

YAY Sam is back, i love this actor and the way he makes the most of his screentime.

Oh Carolyn, you it so hard for Joe to love you and it's so unfair.

Asking Devlin to join you on your D-A-T-E with  Joe didn't help matters either.

But it appears that he's starting to grow and backbone and had enough.

No wait a minute...

He just slinked off to fetch her coffee, after receiving a half hearted apology.

:SIGH:

Always the gentleman, Joe takes Carolyn home.

:Hello Boom Mike:

Then gets politely dismissed by Elizabeth, truly sucks to be YOU dude.      [embb]

Who did Burke Devlin kill ten yrs ago?    [confused_ani]

Goof: Actor who plays Sam flubs his line, but quickly recovers.

Blurry image of a crew man walking by the door way of the hotel lobby.  Behind Sam while he talks to Vicki.

So the  business deal involves the Cannery, is Devlin serious?

Wait a second, Maggie's hair was blonde and short in previous episodes.

Guess that was a wig, but why?

Finally the gloves come off with Roger and Devlin, Fight....FIGHT!

Poor Viciki just stood there, looking helpless and confused.

:now is a good time to pack and leave like Devlin suggested:

Roger: Why Miss Winters, did he frighten you?  Did his speech make you scared and make you want to run home?

Well you can't go now, because i need you here.  And you got to stay, whether you like it or not.

Ummmmmmmm right.

If that was me, I'd be on the next    thing SMOKING out of Collingsport!

PEACE OUT Roger!

24
Must agree, Northman gets tunnelvision when it comes achieving a personal goal.

ESPECIALLY the one discussed in that link, nothing/nobody was going to stop him.

25
Ummmmmmmmm Roger protested a bit much over his innocence to Dr. Reeves.

As for the crash, Malloy is on the case  and plans to get to the truth.

I like him.

Roger: I can't worry about what people think doctor.

Reeves: Naaaah Nah, you can't do that.  All you can do is roll down hill in a car and get yourself nearly killed.

R0TFLMA0,  more Dr. Reeves please?!   [91a2]

Don"t what to make of young Damien Thor...oops I mean David at this point.

But i liked the final shot of the young actor staring into the camera.

Roger is on his way to question Vicki, please let that dreadful dress be gone.

YAY, the evil dress is gone!       [cheerleader]

But this girl can't seem to catch a clue, David said everyting short of I DID IT.

Plus it looks like the hate for daddy is back, after Roger blew the kid off.

After seeing the toy car get smashed, could another murder attempt happen soon?

Sad thing is, can't really muster up any real sympathy for Roger.

Due to him being such a jerk towards David, his own son.

Now Vicki has to bear witness aganst Burke for Roger, in another DRAB and boring dress.

Am I the only one who thinks David looks like evil little Billy Mummy?

From that infamous Twilight Zone episode, where he turned some poor guy into a Jack-in-the-Box.

"You're a Bad Man...You're a VERY VERY BAD Man!"

Ummmm Victoria, please change your dress.

The OP is right,  it is horrible and I'm tired of seeing it.

So episode #16 was  actually taped on July 4th 1966,  liked the holiday greeting from the announcer.

Oh man, Vicki is still wearing that unfortunate dress.

Joe is  cute, but  what kind of dance was that at the Blue Whale?

Were his shoes too small, bad case of Athlete's foot maybe?   [confused_ani]

R0TFLMAO!

Poor guy, Carolyn isn't even trying to hide her crush on Devlin.

Looks like wittle David tried to kill daddy, by tampering with the brakes.

Wishing Roger to the cornfield would've been much easier.

28
So Burke and Roger's wife have a romantic past?

The plot thicken.

Plenty of sudden interest in Roger's car, i smell a car crsh.

Young David is quite the little manipulator, has Vicki fooled so far.

Poor Joe, Blondie doesn't appreciate what a nice guy he is, who totally adores her.

She's too busy making googly eyes at Devlin.

SMH...

29
Burke was so pleased with himself, like a cat that ate the canary.

And Carolyn utterly clueless at how she's been played.

Mr. Drummond is quite the gossip, lol @ him tryin to sober up Sam with coffee.

Possible goof: think i saw a crew person walk by in the foyer, behind Burke.

when he asked about the market value of Collingwood.

Wardrobe goof: button missing from Victoria's raincoat.

Sam seems like a decent man, what drove him to the bottle?

Maggie mentioned a murder.

Now Roger and Devlin are about to finally face off.

I like Malloy, he appears to be fiercely loyal to Elizabeth and cares about Carolyn like his own daughter.

Speaking of which, that girl sure likes to court trouble.

Case in point, going to see Devlin at the hotel.

Soooooo Roger wants to committ his son, oh yeah Father of the Year right there.

Carolyn is a bit of a dim bulb, playing right into Burke's hands.

SMH..
