If you look at the announced timeline, HODS shown at 1pm followed by a panel at 2pm, maybe the announcement will be the premiere showing of the recently located never before seen very edited version of HODS.

The early decorating post reminds me of a sketch from Mike and Molly where they were getting on him for not doing chores. He said it is like him leaving the outdoor Christmas lights up all year. Most of the time the neighbors consider him a lazy load but come Labor Day, he is the neighborhood go getter...lol.

Being from Florida, palm trees don't upset me...lol. Actually, they involve a favorite blooper of mine. In the Bond movie, You Only live Twice there is a supposed Russian space launch but as it goes up, you see palm trees in the background. Big LOL.

I've been following the film festival for details since it was announced. I had considered attending but their lack of information made me make other plans. One word I wouldn't use describing this fest is bargain.

The film fest is currently selling 4 day passes...Platinum for $375  and Gold for $275.  These are the only tickets that gets you admittance to all fest events. Otherwise, the Tarrytown Music Hall is selling individual event tickets a la carte style. With the Dark Shadows event just added, they now have 10 events being charged separately. Priced anywhere from $12 to $25 EACH. The $18 tickets  gets you into HODS showing and  DS panel but that is it. If they do ever get around to selling single day tickets,  I'm sure they will be pricey also.

Calendar Events / Announcements '24 I / Now we lost Decades too

Decades survived the transfer to the Start channel on our cable system but not this time. COZI TV moved into the Decades slot and a new channel called DABL took over the COZI slot. DABL has mostly old Martha Stewart and Emeril cooking shows. Yuck...Things are looking more bleak for Decades surviving all the time.

Mark Perry also wrote for The Wonder Years, a big favorite of mine. So I think the reboot is in good hands.

All I can say is Woo Hoo... that is great news.   [banana] If it does get to the pilot stage, I hope they get Danny Elfman to score the music. He is terrific. Hard to believe, it's been 7 years since the Depp movie, 15 years since the WB pilot and gulp 28 years since the NBC remake.... Where has the time gone?

Now's your chance to bug someone else with your "I don't understand" routine.

Miss, no use you waiting around... We haven't gotten the health department all clear just yet.

M: Jeez kid, you mean you took a job with the Collins family and meals aren't included?  Boy, you really are a jerk.
