I fell behind on several Midnight episodes but finally finished them off on demand. There certainly was a lot going on in only 9 episodes - perhaps too much to fully absorb - but it definitely took on a Dark Shadows esque feel near the end. Imagine the head of Judah storyline on steroids plus a Mr Best Paul Stoddard season 3 teaser story. I do hope it finds a home on some cable network where the ratings bar would be much lower or best of all HBO where it could really go all out like it's sister show True Blood. We'll see.

Decades will be running a Family binge with 2 episodes of Dark Shadows alumni. David Selby's episode entitled More than Friends will air on Saturday December 22 at 11PM. Then Mitch Ryan's episode entitled Expectations will air Sunday December 23 at 11AM.

For those who still receive it, Decades is running a Barnaby Jones binge this weekend and showing some of their episodes with Dark Shadows alumni. First up is Counterfall w/Mitch Ryan at Sunday morning 1am followed by Dangerous Summer w/Dennis Patrick at 2am. Then The Orchid Killer w/Kathy Cody Sunday morning at 11am.

I just discovered that starting on Labor Day Sept 3, many affiliates currently carrying the Decades channel  will be will be replacing it with Start TV . Cable systems in NY, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, Atlanta, Detroit, Seattle, SF, Boston, Miami, Denver, Pittsburgh and Baltimore among others will be required to carry Start. As far as I can tell, we will still get it in Orlando but losing such a huge nationwide viewership could be devastating to Decades. Here we already lost This TV to the Justice Network this year...yuck. BTW, Start pretty much carries recent CBS series such as The Closer, The Good Wife, Medium, Crossing Jordan, Cold Case, The Division and Profiler.

For those who might be interested, John Karlen will be appearing in a couple of Police Story episodes on Decades marathon this Sunday... Incident in the Kill Zone at 1 pm and Prime Rib at 10 pm.

For those who might be interested, Decades will be showing 2 episodes of Checkmate starring Anthony George entitled The Human Touch and The Heart is a Handout this Tuesday morn Jan 30 from 2-4 am.

For those living in the LA area, Mitch Ryan will be attending the Hollywood Autograph Show on February 10 and 11 2018.
