my apologies cause i have no idea where to ask this but whatever happend to DS Journal? the sites now offline and it hadn't been updated in over a year. i tried to figure out a way to post that in the right area but i just could not figure out where to post about this sorry about that.

i really love this show, i've seen them all but i think 1 and that was this season. and that's cause had stupid sports on instead of my show. sorry i just hate sports. anyways, i am enjoying the hell out of this show to be honest.
when i 1st read about kitty i went WTF? but you know it took some time for me to get used to her and i like the character. i have no idea how the ratings are this season compared to last season as i haven't looked them up lately. but i am really liking this season. i can't answer for anyone else though.

1st let me say that if this is in the wrong section i'm sorry about that. anyways having said that. my question really is quite simple. I've been watching me some "DS" as of late.

& i'm on Episode #326 i believe? anyways, basically storyline where David is afraid of ole Barny,

which is a good storyline i'm not denying or saying it isn't. but my question is really, Sarah is a ghost that's quite obvious. but if she was there to save Maggie's Life. & David's for example ok i can see that. & get that. but why in the hell would she tell him the truth about Barnabas?

the poor kid is scared enough as it is. you would think that she would try & steer him away from barnabas. & not being afraid of him. warning him i can understand.but showing him as a vampire even if it's in just a dream. is at least in "DS" world the truth of things that is going on. or something like that.

has anyone ever thought about this? or is this just me?

is it just me cousins, or does it feel like everyone is dying this year? please don't take that as me being disrespectful cause that isn't my intention at all. the latest one is of course "Leslie Neilson" that one hit me pretty hard cause that man was basically ageless. at least he felt that way to me even as far back as when the 1st "Naked Gun" film came out. in (1988)

another guy who seems ageless that was on "DS" is "Abe Vigoda' i love the fact that i believe it was his 1st acting job. & he actually looks i believe the same as he did back in (1969) when he did "DS" & he's i think almost 90 or in his 90's now i forget which.

whatever happened To "Dark Shadows.com" ? all i know is that the dude who ran it hadn't updated it since i think (2002)
but he kept the site running for years. cause it had w FANTASTIC episode guide that had what this or that episode was about. how many episodes this or that character had or were in.

it was an EXTREMELY useful site for someone who wants to read what the next episode is about while watching the show.
now i guess it's offline & i'm Quite Saddened to see that.

i FINALLY was able to buy this yesterday! at best buys. how many of you haven't got it yet? i haven't watched too much of it yet. I'm ONLY on Episode #2 & i gotta admit it feels odd to have the 1st episodes on DVD when i have the later episodes on disc. ya know? anyways one ? i thought they had audio commentary on it? or is that another set? by the actress who played Vicki Winters.
