DOSE depp keep the rights to ds or sell them since another film seems unlikely why would he keep the rights?

did depp promote this film at all with his other films i saw him on late night tv the tonight show letterman but not this movie.

having depp and burtin was a mistake to bad depp did,nt make this movie years ago when he was at his boxoffice prime. im sure there will be no other ds films the wb and no other studio will be interested and depp makes so many movies he has proberly has already moved on to the lone ranger.

horror movies can be a success look at all the saw movies and house of dark shadows did very well at the box office lets see if this comedy ds dose as well.

if this film is a hit why do people only mention other movies and not a new tv show i know they tried a number of times but always failed except for the 91 series but if it is a box office success maybe one of the networks will give it another shot.

dan curtis is dead he can,nt speak for himself anyone can claim they know what he wanted. if he wanted to make ds a comedy he could have made the 91 show one which it was not ben cross did not play barnabas as funny.

why did,nt depp go with john august sceenplay it was a real horror story not this endless round of bad jokes. and now that the movie is over do the rights go back to the curtis estate or dose depp keep them?there must have been someone else interested besides depp they should have been sold to them.

is it true [spoiler]barnabas dose not kill anyone in the whole film if this is true then they have taken the bite out of barnabas. what is this a childs film barnabas killed a lot of people in the series that was one of the best parts of the show.[/spoiler]
