Anyone know what Lara Parker's true age is?

I've seen her birthyear given from '42 to '45.

She is still so lovely no matter what her age.

I read, I think in a Shadowgram, that there will be a new DS story presented at the next Fest.

Will this be a continuation of "Return to Collinwood"?

I purchased the DVD of the 2004 DS Fest. During the fan skit portion a man sang about a monster. It was rather poignant. I would like to know the song title and any other info anyone can give me about it. [santa_grin] [santa_grin]

I've always been puzzled by JF forgetting his lines so often. Robert Rodak made a comment, I don't remember his exact words. something like "Frid could forget his own name while he was giving it."

I'm an admirer of JF, but he was after all a Shakesperian actor. How could he remember all that and forget something so much simpler?

Could it be that he just did not like the part too much and had a mental block? Theories anybody?

How was it presented at the DS Fest? Was it like "Return to Collinwood" in the format of a radio play?

However it was presented, will it be available for sale sometime in the near future?

First off, many thanks to all of you who posted those wonderful photos of the DS Fest. I am not able to attend and they mean a lot to me.

I wonder if anyone could tell me when the "Return to Collinwood" CD will be available. I saw on the board that it was for sale at the Fest, but when I contacted MPI, I was unable to get a firm date after which it would be available.

I always liked Maggie and Joe as a couple. When the show went off, Sebastian was taking her to Julia's hospital where the last we heard Joe was also a patient. Does anyone know of any fanfic where the two were happily reunited? If so where it can be accessed or ordered.

Current Talk '04 I / Last DS Episode

 In the last episode of DS, Bramwell and Catherine are finally together and the family(what's left of it)has accepted them. Also Kendrick is waiting to take Melanie to Boston. Then a servant comes in carrying Melanie who has a bite wound on her neck. Stokes wonders if it could be from a vampire, and Bramwell looks toward the picture of Barnabas. Then a voiceover from Thayer David says that it was an animal bite and everyone proceded to happy lives. I've often wondered why the possibility of another vampire was raised. Did the writers not know that the show was going to be canceled, and this was to be the start of another storyline? Or was this maybe a little joke by them to tease the audience? Anyone else ever wondered about this? :-

I know that  Seaview Terrace in Newport, R.I. was used as the exterior for DS. But were or are there any similar mansions built on the coast of Maine?

 So many DS actors played more than one role. My vote for who was the most versatile would be Christopher Pennock. He played everything from the hunky Jeb Hawkes, the nerdy Cyrus Longworth, evil John Yeager, to the cowardly, sniveling Gabriel Collins.

Anybody agree, disagree?

When "Return to Collinwood" is released, will it be on  DVD or VCR? I'm unable to attend a festival and would love to see all those wonderful actors reading the play.
