I liked the whole Laura sub-plot, but at times I got confused with the incantations she would say. I havent seen the Phoenix SL so I probably wouldnt be as confused about it had I watched it already, but I am waiting until they release those episodes on DVD.

I am looking forward to Julia traveling back to 1897, she is a favorite of mine.

First of all I think it is great that there are such cool fans and  character groups out there. Speaking of Legions, anyone care to start a Victoria Winters Legion? (lol)

Anyways I was looking at the caps from Night Gallery (what year was this episdoe?) and I happened to notice that someone said Grayson wore a wig? Did Grayson wear wigs during her "Dark Shadows" days? Did she ever show her real hair (did she have any? lol)

-Also I am trying to find another show to buy on DVD, so far I only am collecting Dark Shadows (watching every episode for the first time, have Sets 5-13 so far) and I am interested in other shows out there I haven't seen. Does anyone know of any? Does anyone suggest I get Night Gallery?

I was wondering if they are now reselling the packaging for these sets, as I have not purchases Sets 1-4, has anyone recently bought Sets before 11?

I wonder if they are distributing these Sets in the same packaging before Set 11.

Also, anyone purchase Set 13 yet? I just ordered it, I hope I enjoy 1897!.

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you are contemplating on which Set to buy out of the current available (1-12), the latest is the one to purchase.

The quality is great but the episodes are fantastic. I am seeing everything for the first time as I watch it and I have to admit, the last episodes of disk 4 were frightening.

Sets 5-12 are the only ones I have right now and I was deciding whether or not I should continue since Victoria is no longer on the show, but this current Set has definetly made the decision for me.

If the 1897 Flashback is anything like the later part of the Haunting of Collinwood/Devil Tots Storyline, then I will be thrilled.

Take my word, buy this Set!

I am confused, so the Pre=Barnabas episodes are only available in kinescope form? They lost the early episodes? If this is the case, does anyone know how the episodes will look on DVD when they are released?

I have been thinking about this for a long time now. As I watch my DVD's I seem to notice several small horizontal, parallel lines at the left side of the screen when it switches to a certain camera angle. Does anyone else see this as well?

Also are the original episodes like this or is it because or they are on DVD's. The quality is high on the DVDs but I would like to know if what I am seeing is also on the original episodes they show on television and the ones on VHS.

I am currently watching disk #2 of Set #11 and have just watched the last episode of Alexandra Moltke (very sad to see her go) and have seen the new "Vicki". She isnt a horrible actresss, but she just isnt Victoria Winters.

Does anyone know who Betsy Durkin is, as in previous roles? I know she only lasted on the show for 10 episodes, but why was she chosen for Victoria? Also doesn anyone know why they didnt just write Victoria off instead of try to recast the role. It would have been better to see Victoria leave with Alexandra (though I have yet to see the final appearence of Victoria as I have not seen any of these episodes after)
