I am assuming that both Nicholas Blair and Angelique come from the nether world and have know each other since forever.

Makeup did smudge in 1968 it did in 1948 also.  1948, gad.

You know the discussion about how endowed Eve is, the points remind me of those little paper cups you used to see by water fountains.  I suppose that was before everybody else's time too.

If you think this is the happy golden years, it's all horse@#%*.  I am having great fun with it here though.

I have noticed the color variations also.  Sometimes really nice, sometimes faded, sometimes so rich it looks like they used to look when color TV first came out or when the picture tube was about ready to expire.

I tend to feel sorry for Elizebeth.  Her family was eccentric enough and then cousin Barnabas shows up from England and all manner of hell breaks loose.

I was 28 or so the first time I watched it when it first came out.  I don't think I was ever scared about any of it, I just watched it to see what they would come up with next.  Some I thought was crappy. :P  The dream curse for one.  Now is the first time I have watched it through since the original time it aired.  I have forgotten some of it. ?!?

I am having the same problem as all of you, access denied.  I thought it was just me.  My son thought we should tie a rope around the computer and drag it down the street.  We will wait a bit for that.

I e-mailed the problem.

Current Talk '02 II / Where Would They Go/
« on: July 24, 2002, 10:36:39 PM »
If the Collins family or the other people we see on DS were to go on a trip or vacation, where would they go.

What kind of luggage would they take, how much, and what would they pack? 8) 8) 8)

I saw it the first time it came around on this board.  I am a senior citizen, talk about heart failure.  Not really healthy for people of my age.

How about -------

Grayson Hall and Agnes Moorhead (sp.)

Jonathan Frid and Richard Burton, I don't know about looks but certain nuances.  Probably get blistered good for this one.

Nancy Barret and Twiggy, Nancy probably looked fat compared to Twiggy.

David Hennessy and the boy that was in "Lost In Space", can't think of his name at the moment.

So much for now.

Thought of something else.

"I'll take a Sixteen magazine in a plain brown wrapper please."

I thought he was sexy but then I was already thirty when I started watching DS.

I like rugged older fellows.  I loved Clint Eastwood in "The Bridges of Madison County".  My girlfriend thought they should have cast a younger man in that role, but then she is the one who thought Don Briscoe was the cat's meow.  We were the same age, she liked the younger fellows.

It was terribly embarrassing to buy teen magazines in local stores to get DS pictures.  Small town USA.

Puts me in mind of old codgers buying Playboy.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Tom Jennings is a generic vampire.

Barnabas is Brand Name.

Like Barnabas is Orbach's and Jennings is Wal-Mart

Oh well.
