They seemed to have lasted a little more than the Plymouth Dusters had, whatever happened to them?

They were just phased out.....GM considered making them in  a "joint effort" with one of the Asian auto makers...but that went nowhere.

Or so the resident autofanatic tells me.  ::)

that car was TOO GOOD that is why it was phased out
Very hard to kill >:D it lasted forever!

do you have to be a CA resident to get on the ballot?

Yes, for at least 2 years, and a US citizen, and at least 25 y.o. (hang in there, ProfStokes!).  Then you need a minimum of 65 signatures from registered voters in your own party and $3500 to file.

if they keep doing this you could have a new gov every 6 months
so i say hang in there too Prof S ;) i also have enough time
to move there and vote for you!!!!

If Dr. H. had mistakenly given some of Cyrus' "medicine" to Roxanne, the poor girl might have "morphed" into someone truly horrible and disgusting like, say, Madonna Ciccone or Susan Sarandon!

Bob the Bartender, President of the Helen Crump Fan club

or someone really horrifying like Ann Colter [eek] [eek] [eek]

Patti's results
You jump into arguments and hold grudges like crazy. Try jumping into the sack and holding buttocks, instead. You could probably use some love.
BOY...DON'T LET MY HUSBAND HEAR THAT!!
