VO, who? So, Barnabas summons Maggie on the basis of a previous biting from 1967? Not the music box, please not the... and it's not. A ring. Probably another antique he found in the Old House, that doesn't really belong to him.
Ang and Q reunite at the Old House. No mention of their delayed nuptials pact, but then Quentin never agreed to that in 1897, Ang just let him off the hook. At this point, Ang still seems reasonable and mature, and unobsessed. Perfunctory kiss. Sky happens by, wanting to put the human torch days behind him (it was still the same day though). No success.
Angelique is already getting jealous of Maggie over Barnabas, when she was deliriously happy with Sky hours earlier. She adjusts well, or easily anyway, to new situations... We learn that Q-and-Ang in 1897 was just a "device" to make Barnabas jealous, of all things. Man, did she read that situation wrong... She gets right back into the swing of things, casting an impetuously pointless Q-Maggie love spell. Once again, she thinks all she has to do is a little nudging behind the scenes, and Ang-with-Barnabas will occur. End.
I guess this isn't at all for the supernaturally-interested viewers, since it's so unsurprising (except for its gall, and how soon it happens) it's laughable. It was for the soap romance fans, seeing those two paired up, and how they got there might be fairly irrelevant.
