I'm still lost in the fog.  I seem to have a password but when I try to log-in it says my user name doesn't exist??  I registered from work because I too didn't want multiple email accounts.

Hopefully, I'll figure it all out soon.

or it could be HobbiesDSandToys because I think I can't use the other until I can get logged in.

Isn't that the truth!  I'm amazed at what some of the DS things go for on ebay.  I check in almost daily as I'm looking for a few DS books that are still eluding me because I just refuse to pay $30.00 and up for a .50 cent book that is 30 years old.  I've been fortunate enough to get some good deals on ebay and other on line book stores as well as the festivals!

*However, recently a set of the comics went for hundreds of dollars and a mint DS board game went for about $200.00 I think.  Crazy!

Well, it keeps me from collecting everything!

I'm a Don Briscoe fan too!  I would have liked to see him reappear in one of the other storylines.  I thought it would have made for a great story to have him and Quentin get to know one another better and have Chris learn that the curse started with Quentin!  I also think it would have been cool to have Chris learn about Barnabas.  Oh the adventures the 2 of them could have had.

Current Talk '02 I / Re: Passions Soap Opera
« on: March 24, 2002, 09:16:24 PM »
I'm a person who loves soap operas.  I could watch them all day!  However, I was never a big fan of the night soaps and I have only watched one network of soaps.  Y&R, B&B, ATWT and GL.  *Interesting note, all of these soaps had DS actors on them at some point.  Some had a couple DS actors on.

Anyway, I too tuned into Passions just to see what it is about.  I don't find the actors nearly as compelling and fun to watch as the DS actors.  But neverless I do like Tabitha and Julian Crane.  It's a fun soap and I love the camp.  I believe it was created to hook the younger crowd.  However, it should then be on at 3pm because most of the younger group they seek is in school at 1pm.

I only catch it about once a week and with the slow moving storeyline that is enough.  They need to quicken the pace and resolve their storylines and please get rid of Theresa or give her a life.  I disliked Charirty until they made her a Zombie.  Now she's fun to watch!

Current Talk '02 I / Re: DS hookers

I'm an AOL user  :-[  so I guess I'll have to try and register from work!  I love all the pictures people can put in.  I only hope I'll know how to do it when I finally get registerd.  ???

Anyway, for me the hooker was.....

The great voices and the music.  I love the DS music and I could listen to the DS actors talk all day.  My favorites are of course David Selby what a voice.  And Humbert Allen Astredo.  I just loved him as Nicholas Blair.  And Trask well him and his speeches are just too much!
The other thing I liked is that the Collins' were always up all night and prowling around the woods.  There was always a cliffhanger, I just couldn't wait to see what wild storyling they came up with next.
