I am with Midnite snakes.  I can't even watch them on TV.  During the Indiania Jones movies I leave the room during the snake parts.  Needless to say I never go in the reptile house at the zoo.

What a guy!  I just finished reading the transcript of the chat.  Last night I couldn't log on at the time of the chat.  My internet server was not my friend.  I feel I was very lucky to have been able to meet John Karlen last summer at the fest.  He really is a sweetheart.  My husband who is not a DS fan was very impressed with him also.

Birdie--there is something about him that just makes you smile

Happy Nurses Day to all of you Nurses.  I have said it before I have great respect for nurses and owe a few of them a great deal.

I was watching it too this morning, until the yard work called me away.  I loved the movie and the story.  The weekends fly by.  The trip to N.J. did a job on this weekend.

Another Monday--sob no DS to look forward too

Once again you hit the nail right on.  I do have to admitt I thought the very bright green dress was very flattering to Liz.  The other thing is everytime I saw that bow in her hair I thought Pebblies Flintstone.Yaba Daba.

I wanted to slap Barnabas with the if Vicki doesn't want me forget the treatment.  You said it all.   It is not like he won't find some other SYT to pursue.  He might have a better chance in the daylight too.  What about the gardening he claimed to Liz he so enjoyed.

Birdie--thanks love your thoughts

Anoteher thing is what kind of car was it suppose to be.  It looked like a kiddy car.  I don't remember cars being that small in the 60th's.

Vicki took the long way to the cemetery.  My daugher commented on how long it took them.

How many points do you get if you hit Roger Davis?

Birdie--got to start my day, clean the car out, pack for a over night to N.J.  Think kindly of me.  We are going to a family event.  two of my children, hubby, my mother and 3 dogs.  Another National Lampoon family trip.

Wait a minute I am in my 40th's now.  Yiks! I remember the summer of 1976 and being horrified that I would be in my 40th's in the new century.  Change jobs recently and am working with all very young adults.  Now I am the old lady.Sob.

I wonder if Barnabas got cookies from Kresge's like my Dad did.  It was a Saturday night tradition for him to bring home the cookies on special.  I also remember buying those little turtles and the plastic bowl with the palm tree there.  What fun having turtle races in our little kids pool in the back yard.

He did look much bette in the "new" jammies and robe.  Though most people take the robe off when getting into bed.  At least he took his slippers off.  Something they sometimes forget to do in DS world.

Birdie--wish I had one of those cookies now. Yum

I am very envious of all you lucky DS fans going to the Fest this year.  Flying to the West Coast is not in our budget.  Just can't justify it for one member of our family who would love to go.  We are doing the road trip to Disney World the end of May.  Twenty two hours in a car with the  family.  That is what I call an adventure.  Actually, we have done it before.

One last hurrah for the whole gang.

Birdie--I am going to want to hear all about the fest.  Take notes.

I would have to say Josette/Maggie.  I can't get over the little girl who would have loved to look like her.  Not to mention to age like her.

Jealous and not afraid to say it!

What is the story on May 6th, why a maraton?   The only good thing about the end of May preemts is we will be away so I hopefully I will have enough room on my tape to get all the episodes.  That is if my husband will let me leave the T.V. hooked up.  Usually, he unplugs everything.

I hope this isn't a bad sign.  Should we get out pen and paper and start writing once again to Sci-fi.
