Apologies to all.  As you can see, I rather got the wrong end of the stick.  I was not paying attention.  I am very sorry.

Q is for the quagmire.
Not wishing to spoil the fun, but . . . I used that word in an earlier round.
Well, shoot!  I must have been left off the recap my mistake.  Just checked and it wasn't there.  Apologies!

How about:

R is for Dr. Reeves who examines Roger after the car crash

Just earlier today, somewhat inspired by the caption this thread and somewhat inspired by LP's new book, the Salem Branch, my sick and twisted mind thought of giving Dark Shadows the CSI treatment!

Surely there are other branches of the Collins family in the US:

DS: Salem
DS: New Orleans - If Anne Rice can have witches and Vampires in New Orleans, why not DS?
DS: Savannah  - Heck "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" has DS all over it!  Modern Southern Gothic!
DS: Vegas?  The possibilities are endless!

Q is for the quagmire the writers would have been in, had they even thought about trying to continue present-day DS past BC and JH's return in 1971, after all the DS history they'd just cancelled out and rewritten.
That leads very neatly into

R is for Retcon which the writers did a helluva lot of!

Buzz is a southerner?

My furniture is all from this planet!  Actually, I hardly have any furniture at all.    That's something of an oversight.    I'm sitting on a bathtowel on the floor in front of the computing device right now.  Ow.
Ow, indeed.  I am currently sitting in front of my computing device in a director's chair, my feet up, with one of my cat's in my lap.  All is well, until my left butt cheek invariably falls asleep!

I am southern too.  From the Memphis Branch of the Collins family ;)

Having escaped from the Black Lodge, Bob, now possessing Roger, eyed Carolyn lasciviously.

Roger (Bob): Carolyn, would you like to dance?

Ok, my dirty little mind read this first part and thought you were going in a completely different direction than you ended up!  >:D

I, too, have wanted to see the Revival Series for a while. I don't want to pay too much for it. I'd like to get it real cheap so I can watch it and resell it if I don't like it. I'm willing to wait a few more years until I can find it dirt cheap, I'm not pressed to watch it.
yeah, looking for a good deal here myself.  I did love it when it first aired, though, and was very disappointed that it ended when it did.  Up to that point, I had only ever seen the vampire arc and 1795, so in a way the revival was covering the same ground :)
